Marks the beginning of Lent in the Christian liturgical calendar. It is a day of repentance, prayer, and fasting, observed by many Christians, especially in Catholic, Protestant, and Orthodox traditions.

Here at Bentley we took this opportunity to have a real British Classic, the Heart-warming meal that is Corned Beef Ash, not forgetting the crusty bread and butter!!
