A message from our CEO
My name is Peter Bennison, I originally come from Accrington in Lancashire. My father, who was was in the Royal Navy, died when I was 5 years old. My mother suffered a severe stroke whilst giving birth to me. Due to these circumstances, I was awarded a full scholarship at Beachwood College just outside of Reading. Living away from your family is something I am all too aware of, thankfully my education allowed me to meet many people and gave me opportunities I may never have had.
Over the last few years, I have met several people who have described to me the shortage of quality residential care for children in the North West. It is my ambition to begin to contribute to making new, high quality, family style homes available as residences for children who, for whatever reason, must be separated from their families.
I am very passionate in the delivery of support to children in residential care. My passion is to give them the same opportunities that I was fortunate enough to have received.
