Prior to employment commencement, individuals will be vetted. Upon successful completion of your probationary period, you will be enrolled on to the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
All staff are expected to undertake mandatory training; this includes First Aid, Safeguarding, Fire Safety, Manual handling, Equality and Diversity, Food Hygiene, Drugs and alcohol awareness, Internet safety, Health and safety, GDPR, Anti-Bullying, Risk management and safer caring, Reporting and recording, Administration of medication, and other areas where necessary. There will be further training opportunities as your careers develops.
